Boston. Late in the evening, the second brother, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was also captured, wounded but alive, inside a sailboat that had been pulled ashore during the winter, sealed in cellophane, and parked in the yard of a house on Franklin Street. One of the local residents, tired of the curfew that had forced him to stay indoors all day, went out for a walk and noticed bloodstains near the boat. He looked inside and saw the injured boy. The police were immediately alerted and surrounded the area. A shootout ensued, then a mediator arrived and convinced Dzhokhar to surrender.
