Moscow. The Russian Miloradovis negotiates a one-day truce with Murat to allow the tsarist army to leave the city. Thanks to this initiative, and to Murat already resting in a comfortable Moscow residence, the Russians leave the city undisturbed. They head first southeast (Ryazan) and then southwest.
