The asphalt road partially collapses into the sea, and the railway is also heavily damaged: a train loaded with hydrocarbons was passing through, which ignited for hours. The bridge, the longest in Europe, had been built by the Russians a few years earlier after the illegal annexation of Crimea to Russia.
