Einstein presented to the scientific world his new theory of General or Extended Relativity, which complements Special or Restricted Relativity by extending the concept to non-inertial or accelerated systems. He published it in the August issue of the “Sitzungsberichte der Koniglich Preussischen Akaddemie der Wissenschaften zu Berlin” (Reports of the Royal Preussians Academy of Sciences of Berlin).
