Vienna. Ten Russian spies captured in the United States are exchanged for four double agents captured in Russia. This is the largest spy swap between the United States and Russia since the end of the Cold War. One of the four is Sergei Skripal, whose assassination attempt with a nerve agent will be carried out in England in 2018, sparking a diplomatic crisis between the UK and Russia.
