Paris. Armed attack on the editorial offices of Charlie Hebdo, a satirical newspaper. Journalists and cartoonists were hauled in with bullets, shouting “Allah Akbar.” 12 people were killed, two of them police officers, mercilessly gunned down in the street. 20 people were injured, four of them seriously. Three hooded men entered the offices of the French satirical newspaper, known for its irreverent and provocative stances on Islamic terrorism, for which it was previously the target of attacks in 2011.
