Tehran, Iran. Iranian Foreign Minister Sadegh Ghotbzadeh threatened that “sooner or later Canada will pay for violating Iran’s sovereignty.” In 1982, Ghotbzadeh was executed by an Iranian firing squad, accused of making deals with the West.
