Lieutenant Colonel Abrams of Patton’s 4th Armored Division enters Bastogne with his tanks to relieve the siege of the 101st Airborne commanded by General Mc Auliffe, who welcomes him by saying: “It’s a real pleasure to meet you, Colonel.”
