Damascus, Arkansas. Launch Complex 374-7, consisting of 19 Titan II missiles armed with 9-ton W-53 thermonuclear warheads, was the site of a localized fire in a silo that was later extinguished. This was the most serious Titan accident until the much more serious one in 1980.
