The United States has run out of available atomic bombs, but Japan has not yet surrendered. The order is thus given to all available B-29s on Guam, Saipan, and Tinian Island to bomb various targets with Pumpkins, or bombs the same size as Fat Boys but loaded with 5 tons of Torpex (more powerful than TNT). All B-29s complete the mission and return to base.
