Milan. The Teutonic siege of the city is underway. The Germans move to attack the Roman arch. The Milanese garrison capitulates. From the top of the arch, the Teutonic troops bombard the Milanese, who, however, hastily build a tower called the “Onagro” and counterattack, hitting the imperial stone quarry with a lucky shot, putting it out of action. The imperial troops thus abandon the Roman arch, which is too exposed.
