Rare Earth Elements (rare earths including Neodymium, Samarium, Dysprosium) reach a peak: 42,000 USD for the REE bundle, against 10,000 USD in 2010. In 2017, thanks to a series of policies (reopening of mines, research into new ones, substitution with other technologies, Chinese reconsideration of its rare earth policy), the price collapsed already in 2017 to only 1,000 USD.
