Lausanne. After numerous delays, negotiations between the Americans and Iranians have reached an agreement on a general framework. This framework includes, among other things, reducing Iran’s centrifuges from over 19,000 to 6,104, limiting uranium enrichment to above 3.67% for at least 15 years, and reducing its stockpile of low-enriched uranium from 10 tons to 300 kg.
