Northwestern Ukraine. The entire village of Oleksieta, an ethnic Polish village, is set ablaze by pro-Nazi collaborators. In Wysocko Wyzne, 13 children are locked in a Catholic church, which is then set on fire. In Wola Ostrowiecka, the entire community is surrounded, the men taken away five at a time and hacked to death, the women and children taken to the school, which is then targeted by grenade attacks and set ablaze.
