Max Planck in a scientific article proposes for the first time to normalize the constants of physics (those that will later become known as Planck-Wheeler units); he proposes G=c=k=e=1; much later Wheeler will emphasize this idea by adopting it in all his writings, but assuming G=c=h=k=1 and deriving e=1/SQR(137)
