The asteroid Achilles is discovered, exactly at the point where Lagrange had predicted for the Jupiter-Sun-third-body system in his solution to the three-body problem in some special cases. These points, occupied by Trojan asteroids in the case of Jupiter, are now called Lagrangian Points.
