The Jacobites (from James VII, Catholic King of Scotland, deposed by the English Parliament in 1688) of Charles Stewart Edwards (coming from Italy where he was protected by the Pope) conquer the whole of Scotland and head towards London, then stopping in Derby, 200 km from the capital; in retreat, the Highlanders will be defeated and exterminated by the English army (of William of Orange) at Culloden.
