Mongolia. Temujin (the future Genghis Khan) returns to reclaim the bride promised so many years ago, from the Onggirad clan. They keep their word and celebrate the marriage. He then goes to To’oril, of the Kerait clan, who had sworn brotherhood to his father, to honor him as a father and gives him the black sable cloak that the bride has prepared for her father-in-law, as per tradition. The powerful To’oril honors the agreement and helps Temujin reunite his scattered clan.
