Syria. The Russian Air Force is intensifying its operations against ISIS after intelligence agencies confirmed the ISIS origins of the in-flight explosion of a Russian plane. They are carrying out 127 strikes on 206 targets, with flights from bases near Latakia in Syria, but also directly from Russia for the first time with strategic bombers. The operations are coordinated with the French and, for the first time, with the Americans.
