Benghazi, Libya. Tens of thousands of people are demonstrating against the fundamentalists who want to embrace the Arab Spring. The protests are peaceful for a few hours, then some people head to the Ansar al-Sharia base, headquarters of the Salafist Islamic militia suspected of carrying out the attack on the US consulate. Chanting “No to the militias,” they surround the headquarters, scaring the militias away. The crowd then enters the base, destroying everything and setting it on fire.
