While the constitution is being discussed in Baghdad, attacks continue: a car bomb explodes before 8:00 in the morning in a crowded bus station; then a second explodes after the arrival of rescuers, a third explodes in front of the hospital when the first wounded arrive, massacring medical personnel: in total there are around 50 dead and hundreds injured.
