At Ponte della Priula, a hamlet of Susegna near San Polo di Piave, the Military Tribunal worked at a frenetic pace, sentencing 100 fascists to death and carrying out executions. The trial records, if ever drawn up, were never recovered. The victims were 49 legionaries from the “Bologna” division, 15 soldiers from the “Romagna” division, 12 from the Black Brigade, 4 from the X MAS, and 20 unidentified individuals.
