Prussia. Yorck and Diebitsch sign the Tauroggen Convention, declaring the Prussian army neutral and excluded from Russian military operations. An immediate effect of the treaty is that all of East Prussia east of the Vistula immediately falls under Russian control. But Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm is unaware of this and disagrees.
