In Lonche, Istria, a 24-30-year-old hunter-gatherer is treating a cavity in a canine tooth with beeswax. The jawbone will be found in 2012 AD. The discovery will be made after analyses using various techniques, including X-ray microtomography, at the Elettra-Sincrotrone Syrmep line at the Trieste Synchrotron.
